NZ Camp Site Ltd provides their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit or book equipment through www.nzcampsite.co.nz, you accept these terms and conditions. You will also be subject to these terms and conditions when you use any current or future NZ Camp Site service (e.g.: referrals and e-cards) so please read them carefully.

COPYRIGHT
All content included on this site is the property of www.nzcampsite.co.nz or its content suppliers. Content includes, but is not limited to, copy, images, design, software, logos, graphic devices and downloadable PDF brochures. All content is the exclusive property of NZ Camp Site Ltd and is protected by New Zealand and International copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of NZ Camp Site Ltd or its software suppliers and protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
SITE ACCESS AND LICENCE
NZ Camp Site Ltd grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of NZ Camp Site Ltd. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents. Any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools is strictly prohibited. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of NZ Camp Site Ltd. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
NZ Camp Site Ltd values your privacy and we will not communicate with you electronically without your express permission (refer our Privacy Policy). When you send emails to us, you consent to let NZ Camp Site Ltd communicate with you electronically in order for us to respond to your email. When you make a booking with NZ Camp Site Ltd, you agree that booking confirmation and receipt of credit card payment sent electronically satisfies any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. NZ Camp Site Ltd does not warrant that this site, its servers, or email sent from www.nzcampsite.co.nz are free of viruses or other harmful components.
YOUR ACCOUNT
NZ Camp Site Ltd allows you to open and maintain an account through www.nzcampsite.co.nz for the express purpose of booking camping, tramping and mountain bike equipment and related products for traveling in New Zealand. If you use this site and open an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use www.nzcampsite.co.nz only with involvement of a parent or guardian. NZ Camp Site Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may send us reviews, comments, and other content using the Contact Us function on www.nzcampsite.co.nz. You may submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political or religious campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the content. NZ Camp Site Ltd reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, you grant NZ Camp Site Ltd a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant NZ Camp Site Ltd the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity. NZ Camp Site Ltd takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
NZ Camp Site Ltd attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, NZ Camp Site Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by NZ Camp Site Ltd itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for camping, tramping and mountain bike equipment packages and products on our website represents the full hire price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. For items that are offered as a package, the List Price represents suggested hire price for each of the items included in the set. With respect to items hired by NZ Camp Site Ltd, despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our product range section may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
> If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and adjust the price when the balance is paid upon delivery of goods.
> If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before your booking is fulfilled.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting www.nzcampsite.co.nz, you agree that the laws of New Zealand, in particular The Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), The Fair Trading Act (1986) and The Privacy Act (1993), without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and www.nzcampsite.co.nz.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to www.nzcampsite.co.nz or to products you purchase through www.nzcampsite.co.nz shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Auckland, New Zealand, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate NZ Camp Site Ltd's intellectual property rights, NZ Camp Site Ltd may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any New Zealand city, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the appropriate court.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

NZ Camp Site Ltd respects your right to privacy. We are bound by New Zealand law to comply with the Privacy Act (1993).
PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you visit www.nzcampsite.co.nz and interact with our website, you may choose to provide us with personal information.
The information we collect from you is normally gathered when you make a purchase through our site, but is also gathered through promotions, competitions and requests for more information.
We also receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us on-line, such as IP addresses.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we may ask you to provide us with more detailed personal information about yourself (such as your future travel plans) in order to tailor our communication and offers to you. You do not have to provide this additional information to us to continue receiving information from NZ Camp Site Ltd. If you no longer want to receive email from us, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button contained in every mailing list email you receive from NZ Camp Site Ltd.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will use the personal information we hold about you to contact you directly about NZ Camp Site Ltd, special offers, new products and other promotions as long as you have granted us permission to do so.
You grant NZ Camp Site Ltd permission to communicate with you whenever you send an email request via www.nzcampsite.co.nz.
We will communicate with you electronically to, amongst other things, confirm any bookings made with NZ Camp Site Ltd, approve transactions you wish to make, confirm your identity or follow up any queries you make.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
NZ Camp Site Ltd does not share your personal details, without your express permission, with anyone outside the organisation.
The information you provide to us will not be rented or sold to third parties without your express written consent.
PAYMENT SECURITY
All credit card transactions are handled by third party merchants using encrypted software. Your credit card details are not revealed to, and therefore not stored, by NZ Camp Site Ltd.
If you choose to purchase goods through NZ Camp Site Ltd you will need to provide us with personal details in order for the transaction to take place. These personal details are available for viewing and updating at any time using your chosen user name and password.
Your privacy is protected under current New Zealand law (Privacy Act (1993)).
PRIVACY OFFICER
If you do not hold an account with NZ Camp Site Ltd, you can access the personal information NZ Camp Site Ltd holds on you by contacting the Privacy Officer in writing. If the information held is inaccurate, incomplete or not up to date you may request NZ Camp Site Ltd to correct the information.

3. Hire Policy
PAYMENT OF BOND
When you hire equipment through NZ Camp Site Ltd, a Visa or Mastercard number must be supplied.
In exceptional circumstances, a cash bond may be accepted on receipt of goods (50% of the total amount paid for hireage of goods) but this must be negotiated in advance of receiving goods.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
You must be aware that any damage caused to the equipment you hire will be charged to your nominated credit card and will be based upon published repair estimates. These estimates will be outlined in this hire checklist documentation so, should anything happen whilst the goods are in your care, you are aware of your responsibilities to NZ Camp Site Ltd.
Additional charges will appear on your nominated Credit Card within six weeks of returning the damaged goods to NZ Camp Site Ltd.
NZ Camp Site Ltd has provided you with a checklist upon receipt of goods that outlines the condition of the goods received. Any damage caused to goods during your hire period will be charged to your credit card.
RESPONSIBILITIES
NZ Camp Site Ltd agrees to provide you with equipment that is in working order. If any equipment is hired to you with a minor fault or defect (e.g.: grass staining on tent floor), we will point this out and supply you with documentation that confirms these so you are not held responsible.
You are expected to treat the equipment you hire from NZ Camp Site Ltd with care and respect. By hiring gear through NZ Camp Site Ltd you agree to take necessary steps to protect this equipment from theft, wilful damage and vandalism. If you believe you have been provided substandard equipment you must inform NZ Camp Site immediately to ensure you are not held responsible for the imperfection.
You also agree not to lend the equipment hired from NZ Camp Site Ltd to any other party during the hireage period. NZ Camp Site Ltd agrees to hire equipment to you for your sole use only.
NZ Camp Site Ltd will provide you with documentation that will provide you with the correct process for erecting and dismantling tent, inflating sleeping mats, installing and using gas cooker & gas cylinders, adjusting pack harness and inserting bicycle wheels (where applicable).
When you hire equipment through NZ Camp Site Ltd, you are subject to these guidelines. If any equipment is damaged as a result of misuse and disregard for these processes, you will be charged full repair and/or replacement costs of the goods damaged.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking with NZ Camp Site Ltd after you have made a booking and any time before you collect your equipment from NZ Camp Site Ltd. If you decide to cancel your booking you will be subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING
To cancel a booking, send an email to NZ Camp Site Ltd that contains the following information:
> Your booking reference number (issued when you make a booking with NZ Camp Site Ltd).
> Your first name and last name.
> The email address you registered with NZ Camp Site Ltd at the time the booking was made.
> The date you had booked the equipment for collection.
> All items (including upgrade options) that were booked with NZ Camp Site Ltd.
CANCELLATION FEES
The following cancellation fees will apply to all customers, regardless of the reason why the cancellation has been requested:
> 31 days or more before collection date: No charge
> 11-30 days before collection date: we may charge 25% of the total owing to your nominated credit card (most likely to be charged during peak holiday season)
> 5-10 days before collection date: we'll charge 50% of the total owing to your nominated credit card
> Less than 5 days before collection date: Sorry, we'll need to charge the full hireage amount to your nominated credit card.
CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION
Once your booking has been cancelled, NZ Camp Site Ltd will send an email to the address registered with us at the time the booking was made.
If your email address has changed since the booking was originally made, you will need to provide us with the new address so your cancellation can be confirmed in writing at the time of cancellation.
NZ Camp Site Ltd will not be held responsible for Cancellation Confirmation emails not received by customers due to invalid or expired email accounts.
